How to Order

Lambs are grown for 5 to 6 months to a size of about 80 lbs. and are custom butchered at a USDA inspected facility. The meat is then cut to the customers’ specifications, vacuum wrapped, labeled and frozen. I sell single cuts as well as whole lambs (about 40 lbs. butchered and 30+ lbs processed) and halves (about 20 lbs. butchered and 15+ lbs. processed). Lambs can be picked up from the farm or can be delivered if the customer lives in close proximity. Sorry, we do not ship.

In case you wonder if you have room in the freezer for a whole lamb: one and a half lambs tend to fit in the freezer compartment above a standard-sized refrigerator. That’s how nicely you can stack it away. The vacuum wrap will allow you to store it for well over a year……but I guarantee you that you will run out of this delicious lamb well before that.
